Return & refund policy
- If RoverShield™ isn't the right fit for your dog, contact our customer support team with your order number and we'll help you with a return.
- Items should be returned in their original condition so another adventure dog can enjoy them.
- Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued back to your original payment method.
